  1. Who in my organization would use SMART?   All producers, consultants, 1099 sales people, and account management staff.
  2. WIth what size case would I use SMART Benefits Strategic Planning?  Any case 50 lives and larger.  For employers of 50-150 lives, certain tools are available in an abbreviated format to accomodate their needs.
  3. Does SMART retain all of my client information?   No.  SMART tools are downloaded.   We do not collect or retain any of the information regarding your clients or prospective clients.    Our goal is to solely provide benefits advisors with practice enabling tools that increase their sales effectiveness.
  4. What are the terms for purchasing SMART?  SMART is not sold, it is licensed.   The license term is for 12 months and will vary based on the number of users in your organization.    SMART users enjoy periodic updates and program enhancements as a result.
  5. For how many clients or prospective clients am I authorized to use SMART?   Once you are a SMART licensee, you may use SMART with an unlimited number of clients and prospective clients.
  6. Even after reviewing all the training information or materials and the SMART Tools, suppose I am not entirely confident completing my first benefits strategic plan.   Do you offer help?   Yes.  The SMART development team will assist you with the completion of your first plan document.   This service is automatically included with your first year license fee.
